Halloween at The Landings is always one of the best, most family-friendly occasions. Join your neighbors and their families in trick-or-treating. Everyone joins in the fun, from toddlers to teens, and even adults!

Most of the action takes place in Midpoint, where kids and parents and golf carts will be driving around Tidewater Way and the nearby streets. While the kids go door to door for candy, the adults chat with their neighbors over beer, wine, and cocktails.

If you are taking your golf cart, drive carefully and have a designated driver! There are lots of little ones running around.

If you are inviting non-residents to trick or treat with your family, be sure to tell them to arrive early. Long lines frequently form at The Landings main gate, as dozens or hundreds of non-residents pick up their guest passes so they can join the Halloween fun.
