Our service call is $85.00 which covers the trip to your home and a diagnosis of the problem, this charge does not cover repair. The guide is used in the appliance repair industry nationwide to promote and insure fair labor charges throughout the country. Also please do understand that our services include more than just face time with the technician. A live person answers the phone and is on site to take service calls, if a part is needed a part we have a part specialist on site to research the best price and obtain that part for you, and a highly trained master technician who can pin point the machine’s problem.
