Board of Elections Announces New Temporary Polling Places for June 9 Election

As we adjust to the new normal of COVID-19, we must do our best to get back to normal routines, and that includes preparing for the upcoming June 9 election.

This year’s election involves some changes including 10, new temporary polling places and increased precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Many residents opted to vote by absentee ballot. Approximately 45,000 absentee ballots have been mailed, and the Board of Elections has received more than one-third of those back.
