The Landings brand includes kindness to others!

As we head into this month of Thanksgiving, we have much to be grateful for at The Landings and The Landings Company.

Due to your outstanding generosity each year, there are some very special children in Savannah who do not have to wish upon a star to make their Christmas dreams come true. The Landings Company is designating the following organizations as recipients of 2019’s Adopt-an-Angel Program:

The One Hundred Children’s Foundation (formerly The One Hundred) continues its mission to promote the health and well-being of children through family advocacy, education, and financial support.

The Savannah Chatham Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program provides a safety net for children who have been abused and neglected by advocating on their behalf in court proceedings.

 In 2018, we had a record-breaking number of Angels “adopted.” This year marks the 21st year of our initiative, and we know The Landings will continue to display our own special brand of holiday spirit, gift-by-gift, one special child at a time!

Residents can stop by the Landings Company office to make their adoption after November 18 and return their gifts by December 13. It always is so heartwarming to see how eager our residents are to participate in this great program. For many, it is the true beginning of the Holiday Season.

When the trees are adorned with the children’s Christmas wishes, it takes only a few hours to have folks selecting their special Angel. Hundreds of gifts begin flooding our lobby as residents open their hearts to ensure that every child experiences the joy and wonder of the holiday season... proving there really is a Santa! Know too, that our arriving November and December Discovery Guests notice our giving nature at The Landings!

Each year, the program grows with more Angels and more gifts. There has been so much excitement and such an outpouring of love. It has been our privilege to coordinate this program on behalf of our wonderful community.

Save The Date: 
The Landings Company will host a Real Estate Town Hall on November 18, at 7 p.m. in Plantation’s Ballroom. We plan to give attendees the latest information on our marketing efforts, property sales results, expectations for 2020, and answer questions.
