Landings Harbors Operating hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Daily

Phase three of the dry rack replacement project demolition is complete. The contractor has removed the old concrete footers and is forming the new foundation for the first building section.

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Public Works construction team has proceeded with the split rail fence installation. The Marina Staff installed the new PEX water system and electrical outlets along the wash rack section of fence. New ambient lighting will be added along the walkway section in front of the Ship’s Store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The final touches are being made to the restrooms at Landings Harbor. The newly renovated restrooms are scheduled to reopen this weekend.

 The 2026 Harbor Dredging Project contractor is expected to arrive this week. A notification to the marina boaters is being prepared to go out ahead of the project startup.  Staff and the dredge contractor discussed testing an alternate booster pump at the beginning of the project. This effort is intended to increase the material volumes being removed from the basin and allow the dredge project to be shortened, reducing the overall costs.

Delegal Creek Marina

Delegal Creek Marina Operating hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Daily

Delegal Creek Marina’s operations were normal this week. Staff performed routine maintenance around the property, including an audit of the waiting list for wet slips at Delegal Creek Marina. The waiting list was reduced from 34 to 16.
