Mailing List Issue With 2026 Landings Resource Guide & Residential Directory

The 2026 Landings Resource Guide & Residential Directory has begun hitting mailboxes and most residents should receive their first copies by the end of February.

This year, an issue occurred with the Excel file provided to our printer for mailing purposes, resulting in some columns shifting and mixing information. Consequently, some residents may receive directories addressed correctly but labeled with incorrect names. Please be assured that this issue does not affect your listing in the book, The Landings Association's residential database, or future directory mailings. TLA's residential database remains secure and a new Excel file is shared with the printer each year.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Remember, all property owners are entitled to two copies of the book. The first book will arrive via mail, and the second issue will be available for pickup at The Landings Association’s Office (600 Landings Way) during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) beginning Monday (February 2).

Copies of the Directory beyond the two courtesy editions (one mailed and one picked up) can be purchased for $5 each.
