Taste the flavors of the Georgia coast at 22 Square, the trend-setting eatery at Andaz Savannah. With a simple approach to cooking, our restaurant is a community table where friends gather and share modern Southern inspired cuisine made from locally grown produce and sustainable ingredients.
Immersed in the energy of the Savannah Historic District, 22 Square is part of the new culture of Savannah, GA restaurants serving new South cuisine sourced for seasonally and freshness. Our chefs use organic and seasonal produce, fish and meats from local markets and farms to energize our neighborhood. Inspired by our passion for fresh food, our menus feature soulful Southern fare reimagined.
Awaken with a breakfast buffet of market fresh foods, baked goods and espressos. Feed your soul with grass fed beef, pan seared hen or Bluffton oysters. Sip hand-mixed cocktails and savor delectable small plates before you head out to experience Savannah’s rich culture and nightlife.
I love 22 Square! It is one of my favorite restaurants in Savannah.
When you enter the Andaz Hotel, where 22 Square is located, you first notice the 22 Square Bar, which is about as hip as it gets. Enjoy a cocktail prepared by their excellent bartenders, before you step into the intimate dining room for dinner.
The menu changes regularly based on what is available from their local sources. (It is a farm-to-table restaurant, after all.) And each item is adventurous and exciting.
I particularly love going their during Savannah Restaurant Week, when they always have a fabulous 3-course set menu.
It’s one of my favorite places to take visitors to Savannah. And it’s in a fabulous location, right on Ellis Square, making it great for a meal when you are touring downtown Savannah.
