We are rated as a “AAA Service Center” by the Professional Service Association. This rating means that we have a live staff on hand to handle your service requests, we have a facility that is open to the public, our trucks are professionally decaled, our technicians are clean-cut and wear uniforms, and our staff has passed standard industry testing to provide you and your customers with the highest level of customer service. Repair skills are up to date with the latest technologies, and our service is guaranteed. Technicians are licensed and have passed manufacturer’s courses, factory training, and industry standard tests to become Master Technicians. A detailed estimate is provided after diagnosis and before beginning any repair work. Advanced Appliance Services is proud to provide quality service to families in the low country area. Our service call is $85.00 which covers the trip to your home and a diagnosis of the problem, this charge does not cover repair. We do not bill per hour; to quote labor we use The Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide, author Dean Landers. The guide is used in the appliance repair industry nationwide to promote and insure fair labor charges throughout the country. Also please do understand that our services include more than just face time with the technician. A live person answers the phone and is on site to take service calls, if a part is needed a part we have a part specialist on site to research the best price and obtain that part for you, and a highly trained master technician who can pin point the machine’s problem.
