2024 Road Repair and Maintenance Project

This week, Bennett Paving milled and paved Modena Road and will move to Magnolia Crossing next week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dredging in Lagoon 36

This week, Dolan Yacht Services began dredging sediment that had built up over time in Lagoon 63 on Castlebrook Retreat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bench Installation at The Overlook in Moon River

Staff repurposed wooden benches from Landings Harbor Marina pier and installed them at The Overlook in Moon River this week. Once the weather warms up, they will be stained.

Reflective Signage Maintenance

This week, in-house staff cleaned and pressure washed the reflective signage throughout the community.
