2021 Together For a Cure

Mark your calendars! Registration for this year’s Together For a Cure (TFAC) opens February 14 and will continue until April 5 for court sports and April 13 for golf.  Funds raised will be donated to the Mercer University Medical Center for cancer research and will stay local. This year’s event includes not only the LWGA, LMGA, and L9GA but has expanded to include competition in all court sports (tennis, pickleball, bocce, and croquet) and pledges for Wellness Center activities. All events will be held between April 12-20 and will follow COVID-19 protocols. You must be a Landings Club member (golf or athletic) to participate in the golf tournament or in the court sport events. Residents who are not Club members may contribute by becoming a sponsor, purchasing raffle tickets or raffle baskets, or pledging to support someone participating in the Wellness Center Challenge. Friends of the Dog Park may support TFAC by simply giving a donation, and the donor (and their pup’s name) will be in the TFAC booklet. Watch for more information through The Landings Association’s Enews. For information on volunteering, sponsorships, or donating a raffle prize, please email Shirley Newhart (snewhart@comcast.net) or Lynda Stockslager (lyndastockslager@yahoo.com).
