On the Security Scene
Accidents
On Thursday, December 12, Security responded to Landings Way South for a two-vehicle accident. Both parties involved advised that there were no injuries, and they would handle the accident between themselves. It is unknown how the accident occurred.
While conducting a premise check on Tuesday, December 17, a Security Officer came upon a rolled over golf cart. There were two juveniles with scrapes on their knees standing off to the side. The Officer asked what happened, and one of the juveniles stated that he took the turn too fast and flipped the cart. When asked how old he was, the juvenile stated that he was 15 years old. The Officer stopped by the juveniles’ home and met with their parents as well as the young male. The Rules and Regulations were explained, and, in accordance with our fine structure, a $150 citation was issued for operating a golf cart without a driver’s license.
Traffic Safety
The Guardian Pro camera/LIDAR system was relocated to Bartram Road at Wickersham Drive. From December 11 to December 17, there were 22 violations.
