At a Glance: TLA’s 2025 Capital Reserves Fund Budget

Welcome to the third and final installment in our video series on The Landings Association's 2025 Budget. As a reminder, the Budget will be approved by your Board of Directors at the December 17 TLA Board Meeting.

In this video, we will take a closer look at our Capital Reserves Fund Budget, which is a restricted fund used for the repair and replacement of assets, such as roads, community paths, storm drains, etc.
