Delegal Creek Marina Sunset Room Improvements
The porch screens at the Delegal Creek Marina Sunset Room were replaced this week. Since the building was blocked off, staff made drywall repairs and repainted the interior walls. Additionally, Pathway Technology Inc.'s proposal to replace the A/V equipment in the Sunset Room was approved. Based on equipment availability, the new equipment will be installed in 10-12 weeks.

2026 Road Repair and Replacement Project
As a reminder, Bennett Paving is scheduled to begin the 2026 Road Repair and Replacement Project the first week in March, beginning with Stargrass Retreat. Between now and the first week in March, Absolute Concrete will continue to repair damaged curbing on roads within the project scope. They are currently repairing damaged curbing along Bartram Road. Prior to the project start date, communications will be sent out to the community with additional details, timing, and any scheduled road closures.
Storm Drain Surveying
On Wednesday, Southeast Pipe began surveying the storm drain systems under Landings Way South, from the Palmetto Club entrance (south) to Delegal Circle. This work is in advance of the paving of Landings Way South beginning on March 18. Surveying is expected to take approximately two weeks and should not have an impact on traffic flow. Please obey all traffic personnel and signage.
