Phase three of the dry rack project permitting issues have been addressed, and the project is again moving through the approval process with the County. The permit is expected to be received by the end of February. Uniformed Concrete is standing by to complete the foundations and turn the site over to the construction crew to install the new rack buildings. We anticipate phase three will be completed by the end of April 2026. The final part of the rack replacements, phase four will begin after boating season.

The 2026 Harbor Dredging Project contractor is expected to begin dredging the Harbor basin by February 23.

The Seawall repair project has been fully approved from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Myrick Marine advised on Wednesday afternoon that they adjusted their schedule to arrive onsite on Monday, February 23 to begin replacing the damaged seawall panels.
