Message to The Landings Community

Dear Landings residents, colleagues, and friends,

I am writing to share that, at the end of February, I will be departing The Landings Association to pursue new professional opportunities and business endeavors. It has been a tremendous honor to serve this community, and I am deeply grateful for the trust and support extended to me by residents, staff, and leadership throughout my 14-year tenure.

I am proud of what we accomplished together, from advancing our security technology and deepening public safety partnerships to building a dedicated professional team. My commitment to a seamless transition remains unwavering. Captain Chad Bundy will serve as the interim Director of Security, so I’m leaving you in good hands.

To all Landings residents: Thank you for the privilege of keeping this community safe. To my team: It has been an honor.

Stay safe, and stay well,

Tim Cook
Security Director
