Understanding What’s Ahead for our Community: The 2027-2029 Annual Dues Vote
Dear Landings Association Members,
Ensuring The Landings thrives now and into the future, while protecting the property values of members, remains priority one for your Association. From the beauty of our shared spaces to the strength of our infrastructure and services, what we’ve built together reflects care, planning, and long‑term commitment.
We’re still finalizing the numbers, but this year’s proposed Annual Dues increase will be larger than in the recent past, reflecting our community’s ongoing needs for aging infrastructure maintenance and the continuation of essential services.
Over the next eight weeks, we’re dedicated to walking you through details regarding the upcoming Annual Dues proposal in a clear, straightforward way. Please click here to watch a video outlining some of our infrastructure needs and why these increased dollars are crucial to our community’s continued success.
I encourage you to stay engaged throughout the process by reaching out to us directly (webmaster@landings.org) and frequently visiting our Annual Dues webpage. Be sure to watch for Association emails with a schedule of Community Conversations, as more details become available on those events. And join us for our Annual Meeting on February 24 at 7 p.m. in Palmetto Ballroom, where we will share more about the upcoming Annual Dues Vote. If you cannot make the meeting, there will be other opportunities to connect with us. Click here to read more about what's to come over the next eight weeks, as well as the dates and times of the next Board and Staff drop-ins.
Thank you for your involvement and commitment to our community. Your TLA Team and I look forward to answering your questions and continuing the conversation in the coming weeks.
