Careless Driving
Landings Security received a verbal complaint recently regarding a newspaper delivery truck being driven carelessly. After viewing video of the incident, we obtained a license plate number, and contacted the newspaper’s Management about the situation.
Vendor Package Drop-off
Amazon delivery drivers have started leaving members’ packages at unstaffed gates during early morning hours. We have attempted to contact Amazon to rectify this situation and to reiterate our delivery hours and protocols. Security does not accept member deliveries.
Warnings and Citations
- Warnings were issued to vendors for not displaying logos on RFID-equipped vehicles and/or for not using safety cones.
- Several warnings were issued to residents for placing dry trash curbside prior to 24 hours of pickup.
- A warning was issued to a resident for allowing her unlicensed juvenile to operate a golf cart on the community paths.
- Several warnings were issued for overnight parking on the street, and fines were issued for parking on an unpaved surface.
- A warning was issued for a vehicle parked in a no parking zone on Lake Street.
