Suspicious Incident

On March 16, Landings Security responded to a residence on Calico Crab Retreat in reference to what appeared to be forced entry. Nothing appeared to be stolen from the residence. The incident may be domestic in nature, and Chatham County Police Department is investigating.

Barking and Loose Dogs

Landings Security responded to several complaints regarding barking and/or loose dogs. Complainants were requested to complete a statement form, and the dogs’ owners were advised of the complaint. All domestic pet issues are forwarded to Chatham Animal Services for further evaluation. Typically, if the issue persists, the matter is resolved in Recorder’s Court as an alleged nuisance.
