Paving on Wiley Bottom Road Begins Monday (March 13)

Beginning Monday (March 13), Bennett Paving will start milling and paving Wiley Bottom Road North from Landings Way North (South Entrance) to Wiley Bottom Road (North Entrance). This section of Wiley Bottom Road is anticipated to take six days to complete, barring any weather or plant delays. 

During this project, access will be limited. However, local vehicular traffic (e.g., residents, mail delivery, and emergency vehicles) will be permitted to drive on the milled surface until the paving process begins. Once the paving begins, access will be limited and restricted to all vehicles depending on the progression of the work. Signage and traffic control personnel will be onsite throughout the project to assist.

The connecting roads to Wiley Bottom North will not be closed completely, However, they may be restricted to one lane of traffic at times, and you may experience delays so please plan accordingly.

Detour Routes for Phase 1

• Residents who live in Village Green will use the north exit to Landings Way to enter and exit as the south exit/entry will be closed.
• Residents who live on the connecting roads to Wiley Bottom North will be directed by traffic personnel where to exit and enter.
