The Cattle Car Experience

Skidaway Community Church will host The Cattle Car Experience on January 6-8. This free exhibit is sponsored by the national group Hate Ends Now and features a replica of a cattle car used by the Nazi Regime to transport Jews and other “undesirable” groups to concentration camps and labor centers.

The exhibit will be on the grounds of the church that weekend with a program beginning on January 8 from 11 am to 3:30 p.m., including two docents and a 25-minute audio visual program to explain the history of the cattle cars. In deference to the Jewish Sabbath, the program will be only on Sunday, Jan. 8. With 25 people allowed in at one time, signup will be taken on the church’s website (www.skidcc.org).

For more questions, please call the church office (912-598-0151).
