Hurricane Ian Cleanup

Staff, in conjunction with BrightView Landscapes, continued cleanup efforts from Hurricane Ian. This work included the removal of downed trees on lagoon banks and in common areas, along with the removal of debris piles from the road shoulders and center islands.

Lagoon 106 Community Path Bridge Replacement Project

Expert Marine and its subcontractor will begin mobilization of equipment at the Lagoon 106 Community Path Bridge (used as a connector bridge for residents between Landings Way South and Delegal’s Retreat) this week. During the duration of the project, the bridge will be closed to all pedestrians and cart traffic. Barring any weather delays or material shortages, the community path bridge is anticipated to be completed by the end of November.

Islands of Deer Creek Community Path Bridge Repair Project

Staff continued to work on the Islands of Deer Creek Community Path Bridge this week. To date, approximately 150 feet have been replaced.

Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete continued work on concrete community path panel repairs along LWS, Bartram Road, and Yam Gandy Road this week.
