Landings Harbor Marina

Mother Nature can’t seem to make up her mind. Nearly 80 degrees one day and then barely 60 the next. Our boaters do take advantage of those sunnier afternoons!

Marina team members have been working on repairs to Starfish, our work boat. The Bomar deck hatch was replaced, and the boat got a thorough cleaning. Several items have been removed and are being stored off the boat to reduce the amount of clutter in the cabin.

Harvest Moon will return to the Sailing Club fleet once the painting is complete. There will be a different color hull due to the unavailable matching paint. Her new color will be Fighting Lady Yellow.

Marina Ship’s Store

The backordered merchandise is slowly beginning to roll in. We should be in receipt of these Cotton Slub Hoodies for women by this weekend. They will feature an embroidered burgee on the front left chest. Keep checking this weekly update for incoming additions to the store.

Landings Sailing Club

Last Sunday, the Sailing Club participated in the Frostbite Race Series #3. It was very windy…too much for the Rhodes 19’s to partake. Two of the J24’s did compete. Gone With the Wind was victorious.

Dry Storage

Landings Harbor wet, dry, and jet ski storage slots are at 100% capacity. We continue to add to and maintain a waiting list for all slips.

Delegal Creek Marina

An audit of the kayak racks was recently completed. We have relocated two kayaks and two paddle boards that were missing owner details into safe storage. To claim ownership, please contact the Marinas Director (912-598-5502). As a reminder, all vessels and kayaks stored on the Marinas’ property are required to have an active lease agreement.
