The Club Car Championship formerly known as the Savannah Golf Championship is going on now at The Landings in Deer Creek through March 29.

As part of the Military Appreciation Day (Saturday, March 27) portion of the event, there will be military helicopters arriving between 7 and 8 p.m. on Friday (March 26 on the Practice Range of Shellwind, near #1 Green) and 7 a.m. Saturday (March 27 near #1 Tee, and #8 Fairway). Please do not be alarmed if you hear the noise from the aircraft or see them land in any of these areas. The helicopters will include a Chinook, two Black Hawks, and a Dolphin.
