Follow the Athletic Field Project Via Our Live Webcam

The Landings Association’s Athletic Complex Project is in full swing, and all members are invited to witness the progress as the work unfolds by clicking here. You also can view the camera from The Landings Association’s website (https://landings.org/athletic-facilities).

Your Association recently installed a live webcam on the Athletic Field Complex that allows footage of the work in real-time. The camera will operate during work hours, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and occasionally on Saturday. It is important to note that weather conditions, such as rain, may affect viewability.

As a reminder, the playground closed February 8. It will remain closed until March 8 to allow Landscape Structures/Sporting Concepts adequate time to remove the old playground equipment and install the new playground elements.  

The basketball courts also will remain closed to allow the concrete repairs adequate time to cure. Sporting Concepts then will resurface the courts.  

Barring any unforeseen complications, including inclement weather, we anticipate reopening the playground and basketball court sooner than March 8. Thanks to the installed camera, viewers will know almost as soon as we do if early reopening is possible.
