Athletic Field Complex Project Progression and Closures

Beginning Monday, February 8, 2021, the playground will be closed until March 8, 2021, to allow Landscape Structures/Sporting Concepts adequate time to remove the old playground equipment and install the new playground elements.   

The basketball courts also will remain closed to allow the concrete repairs adequate time to cure. Sporting Concepts then will resurface the courts.  

We anticipate reopening the playground and basketball court sooner than March 8 and will keep the community apprised of the project’s progression.

Please note that no one will be permitted on or around the playground and basketball court during these closures, as it will be an active construction site. Please ensure that you use caution around all construction areas and be cognizant of all contractors working to improve this amenity.
