The Renovation Resources Committee begins its 2020 workshop series on Tuesday, January 21. It will be held in the Delegal Sunset Pavilion starting at 5:30 p.m. All residents interested in undertaking a renovation project (large or small) are encouraged to attend. Industry experts will discuss their ideas and expertise in addressing interior home renovations. A representative from ProSource and an independent contractor will share information about current trends in home remodeling and issues around renovating interior spaces. If you have questions about reconfiguring a living area as it relates to updating kitchens and baths, removing walls, or relocating plumbing, or are curious about new materials and practical and reasonable upgrades to your home, this program is for you. The presenters also may share insight into necessary decision-making processes, including the current marketplace/home value, technical issues, and regulatory guidelines.

The moderator is a Landings resident who is an author and writer and has years of experience in the home building and remodeling sector.
