Comcast/Xfinity Adds Email Option for Inquiries and Issues

To increase customer service levels and expedite service needs, Comcast/Xfinity has added an email option for inquiries and issues in addition to its dedicated customer care line (470-787-4815) exclusively for Landings residents.Please note the dedicated line number has been changed to the number listed above.

As a courtesy, the form is housed on The Landings Association’s website (www.landings.org/comcastxfinity-inquiry-or-issue). However, The Landings Association does not respond to these emailed requests.

Landings Community Account Representative Todd Antonopoulos said Comcast/Xfinity is pleased to offer the new email option and hopes residents will take advantage of this convenient method of connecting with Comcast/Xfinity.

“We ask that you allow us one business day to respond to your emails,” he said. “Additionally, please continue to direct billing related issues to 1-800-XFINITY. Our team looks forward to providing excellent customer service to your emailed issues and expediting your service needs to the best of our ability.”
