The 2019 Landings Residential Directory already has begun hitting mailboxes. Due to the bulk mail status of the publication, the United States Postal Service will deliver through February until all households receive their initial copy. However, the post office will not forward the Directory.

All property owners are entitled to two editions of the book. The first book will arrive via mail, and the second issue will be available for pickup at The Landings Association’s Office (600 Landings Way South) during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) beginning Monday, February 4. Copies of the directory beyond the two courtesy editions can be purchased for $5 each.

As with past issues, the Directory consists of updated and current residential listings, pullout maps of The Landings, and a reverse directory, all of which are great references. Back by popular demand is the street directory complete with map coordinates and adjacent streets. However, the Tide Charts that some residents have requested be added back to the book continue to be unavailable. Since 2016, providers of the Tide Charts have moved from offering a full year’s worth of tide information to only two weeks at a time.

Visually, the Directory again highlights art from some talented Landings artists who volunteered to share their work in our book. The Landings Association thanks Pat Brooks, Ed Harvey, Jr., Steven McBride, and John Majeroni. Majeroni’s photo was chosen as the cover.

Thank you to everyone who submitted artwork for consideration. There simply was no way to use everything received in the Directory, but watch for your art throughout the year on our website (www.landings.org), in The Landings Journal, Facebook, Instagram, and in other Association publications.
