Margaret was born and raised in Savannah. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S., in Building Construction. While at Georgia Tech, Margaret participated in the cooperative education program, working with the Georgia Department of Transportation and J.A. Jones, Inc. After college, she worked as a construction manager for Insignia/ESG, Inc. Upon graduating from Georgia State University College of Law, she worked with a large law firm in Atlanta. She moved back to Savannah in 2006. Margaret and her husband, Britt, enjoy spending time with their children, Tillman and Denny.
Margaret practices law in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, lien law, property owners’ association law and general litigation.
She was recently named Georgia Trend Magazine’s 2015 Legal Elite in the area of general litigation.
