Why CIPP Lining?

Several years ago, your Association began using Cured in Place Piping (CIPP) technology to address the issue of aging storm drain systems in The Landings. This technology allows for a less intrusive impact on property owners in and near the repair areas, along with a significant reduction in restoration costs.

This year, Southeast Pipe Survey is again conducting this work in the amount of $600,142. The return on investment (ROI) of projects like this one is relatively immediate. This is especially important as we still are in Hurricane Season until November 30, and when storm drains fail causing flooding and backups, our roadways also suffer.

Join Senior Construction Manager Bill Campbell and me as we discuss the importance of this project and what it entails.
