Traffic Safety

The Guardian Pro camera/LIDAR system remained on Landings Way South near Huntingwood Retreat. The speed limit in this area is 35 MPH, and the highest recorded speed was 54 MPH. Staff continued to research previous violations and identified an additional 15 license plates in our database. To date, 246 fines have been paid, and four vendors’ RFIDs were deactivated for failure to pay fines in a timely manner.

TLA Rules and Regulations Enforcement (sans Guardian Pro)

• The following $50 citations were issued to vendors:
  
  • Two violations for no logos on RFID-equipped vehicles
  • Four violations for no safety cones
• The following $50 citations were issued to residents:
  
  • Two violations for overnight parking on street
  • One violation for early placement of dry trash
  • One violation for operating in a no cart zone
  • Six violations for placing yard debris on common property
