Delegal Creek Marina Parking Lot Maintenance

This week, Bennett Paving made repairs to the Delegal Creek Marina Parking Lot (root intrusion repairs and filled in cracks in the asphalt). Thereafter, they seal coated the parking lot and restriped it. Absolute Concrete also made curb and gutter repairs throughout the parking lot.

Shellwind Drive Paving

Bennett Paving paved the inbound lane of Shellwind Drive from Sundew Road to Moonbill Lane this week.

Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete replaced damaged community path panels along Lagoon 3 (which runs from Bartram Road to Landings Way North) this week.

Sparrow Field Drainage Clearing

Public Works staff partnered with Coastal Marine and Equipment this week to clear a main drainage ditch that runs behind the Sparrow Field. This maintenance will help alleviate some of the storm water runoff this area has experienced during heavy rain events/storms. 

Landings Community Park Restroom Building Renovation

As part of the Landings Community Park Restroom Building Renovation, the roof was replaced on the building this week with a metal surface.
