Operational Road Repairs

Atlantic Asphalt repaired root intrusions on the following road roads this week: Pennefeather Lane, Barnwell Lane, Cricket Court, and TLCo’s driveway.

Community Path Panel Replacements

Absolute Concrete replaced and repaired damaged community path panels on Delegal Road and Yam Gandy this week.

Bottle Filling Water Stations Installed in Two TLA Buildings

Two new Bottle Filling Water Stations were installed at Landings Community Park and the Public Works Building this week. They are designed for easy use and quick bottle fill, while enhancing sustainability by minimizing the community’s dependency on disposable plastic bottles.

Center Island Refurbishment

Staff completed the refurbishment of the center island on Rebecca Lane this week. A large amount of dirt was added to the center island, and erosion control measures were installed, along with pine straw. The area will be landscaped in the fall as part of our annual Center Islands project to help ensure the success of the plants/shrubs and trees.
