Theft

On Tuesday, July 16, Security responded to Back River Circle for a report of a theft. The Officer spoke with the construction crew working on the job site, who stated that they left for lunch and upon their return, they noticed a cordless Sawzall, along with two batteries and a charger were missing. It is unknown who may have taken the items.

 

Traffic Safety

The Guardian Pro camera/LIDAR system remained on Landings Way South near Black Hawk Trail North. From July 10 to July 16, the system recorded 165 violations, with the highest recorded speed being 60 MPH. To date, 200 fines have been issued to residents, 27 fines to vendors, and 10 fines to employees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TLA Rules and Regulations Enforcement

  • Warnings were issued to vendors for no logos on RFID-equipped vehicles, no safety cones, early placement of bulk trash, and placing debris on common property.
  • Warnings were issued to residents for early placement of dry trash.
