TLCo Building Rebuild Coming Soon!
The Landings Company recently negotiated with its engineer and architect to rebuild its building that was damaged when a large tree fell on it several months ago. The Company's insurance will cover the entire rebuild. The company is responsible only for a $25k deductible.
Currently, the Company's team is working to secure all necessary permits to begin construction. If all goes according to plan, work could start as early as August and should be completed by the end of this year.
Interim TLCo President Mitch Jacobs said his team looks forward to rebuilding and getting rid of the tarp that has been draped on the roof of the building since it was damaged.
"I'm sure TLCo's staff and the entire community can agree we are excited for the tarp to be removed and our building restored," Jacobs said. "Understandably, this was a lengthy but necessary process to ensure we had a detailed engineering study to help guide our decision-making process."
