Messiah Lutheran Church Hosts Vacation Bible School July 8-12

Are you looking for more summer activities for the kiddos? Vacation Bible School (VBS) registration is now open! Messiah Lutheran Church on Skidaway Island is hosting VBS July 8-12, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, including a light lunch for children aged three (potty trained) to rising fifth grade, and it is FREE -- thanks to God’s blessings, which enabled us to retire our mortgage this spring!

More information: The curriculum for VBS is What’s in the Bible? - a focus on biblical literacy fun facts, helping children learn about how the Bible, both the old and new testaments, were formed, how the books of the Bible fit together in one unified story of God, and his plans for us -- all through selected stories. Each day has rotations of video lessons, music, art, games, a service project, and ending each day sharing lunch with new friends.  Whether your child/grand child has church experience or has never been to church, all are welcomed! We will have a fun learning time for all!
