Community Path Maintenance

Absolute Concrete replaced 14 concrete panels on the community path along the Main Gate exit lane this week. Damage to the panels was caused by root intrusions and/or large machinery, resulting in uplifting of the panels.

 

    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2023 Stop Bar and Crosswalk Re-striping Program

KM Striping has been working on the 2023 Stop Bar and Crosswalk Re-striping Program this week. They are currently working on restriping the stop bars and crosswalks in the Marshwood phase of the community and will progress to Deer Creek thereafter.

Storm Drain Maintenance

Southeast Pipe removed root intrusions and cleared other blockages in the storm drainpipes along Rookery Road, Log Landing Road, Delegal Road, and Cabbage Crossing this week.

Delegal Creek Marina Split Rail Replacement

This week, staff replaced a broken post and rail that was damaged at Delegal Creek Marina. Staff will paint the split rail within the next week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Landings Harbor Marina Improvements

In-house staff repaired and repainted the top of the Landings Harbor Marina monument sign this week. Staff also replaced the entrance door leading to the bathrooms this week. Staff is scheduled to paint the door and door jamb within the next week.
