2023 Road Repair and Replacement Project

This week, Bennett Paving and Absolute Concrete continued working on The Landings Harbor parking lot, along with the milling and paving of Priest Landing Drive from Bartram Road to Landings Harbor. Bennett Paving is scheduled to mill and pave Sounding Point Retreat next week.

 

 

 

 

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marshview Landing Gate

Last weekend, the gate system at Marshview Landings stopped working. Remote Technology has been onsite troubleshooting the gate system to determine the cause of the failure. Staff is hopeful the gate will be operational within the next week.

Landings Harbor Marina Store

This week, in-house staff installed a tubular handrail to the existing railing along the steps leading to The Landings Harbor Marina Store. This handrail will improve the safety of all those needing additional assistance when walking up and down the stairs to the Harbor Store.
