Landings Harbor Parking Lot and Perimeter Path
On Monday, Bennett Paving began milling and paving The Landings Harbor parking lot. In addition, Absolute Concrete began working on the new, four-foot-wide perimeter walking path at the Harbor to improve the connectivity between the parking lot and the Harbor Store, while increasing the safety and access to the facility for those with limited mobility.
Storm Drain Inspections
Southeast Pipe completed evaluations of Mackay Lane this week, and is in the process of completing evaluations of the storm drain pipes at Pineheart Lane and Log Landing Road, Cabbage Crossing and Westcross Road, and Rookery Road and Delegal Road, all of which have experienced road flooding after several heavy rain events. Once staff receives all data from Southeast Pipe, staff will review and make any necessary recommendations for repair/replacement.
