Community Marketing & Real Estate Update

On August 22, our new lobby and conference room furniture was delivered, wrapping up all but a few minor details of The Landings Welcome & Sales Center renovation.

Before we started, we had a building that had not been renovated in 25 years and had decorating to match. And now, with a couple of “bumps” along the way -- like just about every project these days -- we are ready to make a better, first impression, as we welcome our future guests.

The Landings Company’s building has been in service since 1974, with renovation in 1999. Since then, we’ve put on a new roof and taken care of more critical problems as they arose. However, 48 years is a long time to go without a true update to the structure, the windows, and all the mechanicals, not to speak of the aging decor. The improvements, which have created a much better initial impact on our visitors, are much more in line with their experiences when visiting other, often newer communities.
