Sink Hole Repair on Mackay Lane

On Monday, staff was notified about a sink hole that formed on Mackay Lane. Staff used TLA’s camera system to inspect the pipe, which revealed multiple separations in the pipe. After performing a camera inspection of the pipe, in-house staff temporarily repaired the roadway to address the immediate safety concern. Thereafter, staff contacted Southeast Pipe to determine next steps for repair. Due to multiple separations existing within the pipe, Southeast determine that lining is the best option for the 36” pipe that runs underneath the roadway.  After Board review and approval, staff will schedule this work.

Community Benches Funded by Landings Landlovers

A big thank you to Landlovers for their generous donation which funded the purchase of 18 benches for the community! In-house staff began installing them this week at the designated areas selected by the TLA Board and Committee members.

Tree Removal on Common Property

In-house staff removed several trees that fell on common property and/or on the roadway after Sunday’s heavy rain event. The trees located on Marsh Bridge Lane, behind the Main Gate and along a fence line in Moon River were among the largest.
