May 15 Family Fun Day Parade Route

50th Anniversary Communications Committee

Join your friends and neighbors on Sunday, May 15 from 12 to 1 p.m. for the 50th Anniversary Family Fun Day Parade. The theme is 50 Things, and participants are encouraged to decorate their carts with things that represent this milestone anniversary. There will not be prizes awarded for the carts. However, after the parade, everyone will gather at Landings Community Park for food, kids’ events, music, and more. Click here, for more details.

Parade staging begins at 11:30 a.m. in The Landings Association’s parking lot (600 Landings Way South), and the parade will begin promptly at 12 p.m. Carts will exit TLA on the Community Path headed south, cross over Landings Way South and Peregrine, then take Landings Way South to Yam Gandy Road. Carts will turn left on Yam Gandy Road, head west around the loop back to Landings Way South heading north, then switch from Landings Way South (street) to cart path and Peregrine Crossing.

You can view the parade route below or click here to download a route map. Parade participants are encouraged to listen to our 50th Anniversary playlist as they cruise the island in their carts.

We can’t wait to see your decorated carts! #CheersTo50Years!
