- Manage electronic billing preferences for easier and faster payments
- Easier and faster interaction with UIG’s Customer Service Team
Lee Maine, Water Conservation Coordinator for Utilities, Inc., said MyUtilityConnect is an excellent service that will streamline account management for customers. However, he encourages customers to continue monitoring water usage through UIG’s EyeonWater app along with taking advantage of the perks of MyUtilityConnect.
“The EyeonWater app allows customers to take control of their water consumption, so there are no surprises when the bill comes,” he said. “You can see what your water consumption is to the hour with EyeonWater, and it allows you to set leak alerts. MyUtilityConnect gives you the flexibility and ease of controlling nearly every aspect of your bill from the comfort of your home or while on-the-go. Both apps are beneficial, and I hope our customers will take advantage of each of them.”
Both apps can be downloaded from the store of your Apple or Android smartphone. Search “MyUtilityConnect” to download the account management app, or search “EyeonWater” for the water usage app. You will need your utility account number, service zip code, and email to register for My Utility Connect, and you must create a login and enter your account number (located on your water bill) to sign up for EyeonWater.
