The Caretta Research Project is the longest running contiguous loggerhead sea turtle research program in the United States. With the help of more than 3,500 volunteers from around the world and generous support of sponsors and donors, CRP has tagged and collected data on more than 1,920 loggerheads, monitored and protected 5,155 nests, and released more than 350,000 hatchlings into the Atlantic Ocean.
The CRP Board of Directors thanks you for your generosity and for supporting the Caretta Research Project. Please be assured that all proceeds go directly to the operations of the Caretta Research Project and the hands-on research and lifesaving programs to protect our loggerhead sea turtles.
Let’s spend the night together on the river on September 19 and again virtually on October 21 to celebrate the turtles!
