Following the PGA TOUR’s announcement of the cancellation of all tournaments through April 5, 2020, the Savannah Golf Championship will no longer be contested the week of March 30 – April 5. At this point it is premature to know if there will be an opportunity to reschedule the event for another week in 2020, but please know we are working diligently with TOUR leadership to discuss all possibilities.
This is obviously a very fluid situation that requires constant review, communication and transparency, and we are dedicated to all three aspects. Together with The Landings Club and our tournament partners, the PGA TOUR will continue to monitor all directives issued by State and Federal governments, as well as information provided by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, local government health agencies and Savannah’s leading medical providers in the coming weeks.
