EyeOnWater Assists in the Identification of a Water Main Break!

“About two years ago, we had a water main break that was caused by the roots from a live oak in our front yard. The first indication that something was wrong was through an email from EyeOnWater notifying us that our water usage had spiked. With the help of Utilities Inc., we were able to locate the water main break and repair the issue. Since the rollout of the portal, EyeOnWater has helped residents like Joyce Marble identify and promptly repair water leaks. More than 1,300 residents currently use EyeOnWater, to help them identify water consumption issues, leaks, or abnormal water usage (e.g., piping leaks, leaking flapper on toilets, water main breaks, etc.).
