It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere Cocktail Challenge

What’s better than cocktails on the waterfront? A waterfront cocktail challenge! If you have a favorite cocktail, enter Skidaway Island Boating Club’s (SIBC) It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere Cocktail Challenge on May 15 at 5 p.m. at Landings Harbor Marina.

There is no charge, but attendees must RSVP by May 10 to siboatingclub@gmail.com. Contestants also must RSVP with the name of their drink and bring at least a half gallon of their best cocktail. SIBC will set up the Tiki Bar area and surrounding tables with nametags identifying each participant’s drink station and provide sampling cups for cocktail samples. SIBC members will vote for their favorite cocktail. Attendees not entering the contest are asked to bring an appetizer to share, and as always, a lawn chair.
