Post Hurricane Helene Restoration
Staff are currently working to remove felled trees along lagoon banks and have begun stump grinding efforts on common properties post Hurricane Helene. BrightView continues with common area cleanup and has started working on the landscaping redesigns for Landings Harbor post storm. Additionally, a tree service contractor has been scheduled during the week of December 9, to remove an additional 15+ trees that were damaged during/post Hurricane Helene.
