You Are Invited to Participate – The Landings Association Strategic Planning Process

Do you love life in The Landings but wish you could change a few things that would make it an even greater place to live, work, and play? If so, we invite you to contribute to The Landings Association's Strategic Planning Process by participating in one of several resident Focus Groups scheduled for January 2025.

In October 2024, The Landings Association’s (TLA) Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) began the process of developing a comprehensive roadmap to guide the strategic activities of our community over the next three years and beyond.

TLA is working with a consultant, Cate Fulkerson of Points North Strategies LLC, to assist with this effort, and your feedback and suggestions are invaluable to this process.

If you are selected to participate, you will join a small group of your fellow residents in a discussion led by Cate to identify the key challenges and opportunities facing our community. You can expect a time commitment of 1.5 to 2 hours at a session that best fits your schedule.

Even if you are not selected for a Focus Group, there will be other opportunities to share your ideas through surveys and community feedback sessions.
