A Closer Look at TLA’s 2025 Operating Fund Budget

Welcome to the second installment in our video series on The Landings Association's 2025 Budget. As previously mentioned, the Budget will be approved by your Board of Directors at the December 17 TLA Board Meeting.

In this video, we will take a closer look at our Operating Fund Budget, which covers day-to-day services, such as insurance, landscaping costs, staffing, etc. The Operating Fund Budget acts as a road map to help us allocate resources efficiently and track financial performance against set targets.
